Shinwa Hand Forged Imperial Samurai Sword With Scabbard

This sword came sharp as heck and it was all tight no play no bends. Blade was straight as an arrow handles tight fits perfect into the sheath. It’s definitely worth the price for the quality.

I have many swords in my collection and didn’t hesitate when adding this as my second Shinwa. The blade is both supple and durable with a nice sharp edge right out of the box. The handle and guard are tight with no wiggles and zero play. The shiny scabbard fits snugly and does not rattle one bit. Finding something of this quality for a lower price would be difficult to say the least.

To my understanding, the straight blade and square guard is more in tune to be a Ninja sword than a curved Samurai's sword. Other than that, it's a solid well made sword for the money. I'm sure it will get the job done without a problem.

This sword is amazing I've seen a lot of videos saying shinwa doesn't make great swords for an affordable price...all I have to say to that is get a shinwa sword like mine and I promise it will change your mind...

This was my first sword, and I must say it will be hard to find a better sword for the same price. This sword is absolutely beautiful! Ray skin, carbon steel blade, nice handle, the guard is stunningly beautiful. I love the square guard it's not too big not too small, just perfect. And the length is perfect for someone my size(5'6,150Ibs) this is the best sword on the market for the price.

I've been very happy with the products I have ordered from BudK. The less expensive sords were a great deal, but this one was worlds ahead of the others, well worth the extra money.

This sword is freakin sweet to the max. Its detailing is top notch its very sharp and very strong. Its weight and handling equals my personal commissioned tokijin sword that I had made for me. With that said if you want an epic sword that even comes close to commissioned swords this sword is the one.

this is one of the most beautiful, functional swords i have ever added to my collection. delivery was very fast. beautiful blade, sharp as advertised. love the way it feels in my hands. slices thru everything i have tried it on. no damage after some serious usage today. the handle has a leather wrapped around the handle, it provides for a very firm grip. can't wait to add more swords to my collection from True Swords.

this was my first carbon steel sword,full tang. I wanted to see what it was like and i'm impressed. this is a must have sword. i tried to see how sharp it was and it made a clean cut right through the box it came in and already cut myself just to see how sharp it is.the bag it comes in is great just wipe off the oil once you unsheath sword. other than that this is a great deal for a great sword highly recomended for anyone thank you true swords.

When I received the sword I was excited because this is my first Shinwa product. I was kind of disappointed the blade was covered in wax and the handle cord was cracked and worn. The thing is filthy and the copper embellishments don’t shine almost worn I have to give it a 4 out of 5 I’m sorry it just wasn’t shiny and well kept. I wish it was in pristine condition I would give it a 5. Clean it well if you do order one.

First I must say this is a my first Shinwa. It is very beautiful. Although it did not come as sharp as I was hoping, but it is still sharp. Haven't put it to the test yet, but I look forward to seeing how it performs.

Great buy ever thing came looking good no lose parts sword fit well in the holder was not super sharp but sharp enough

This was my first sword and I am well pleased with it, it has good strength, and very sharp out of the box, however to me it seemed a little inbalanced in my hands and there was a lot of wax in the scabbard that seems to keep finding it's way to my blade. All in all 4/5
